Food Experience
After careful renovation, the old barn has been converted into a large dining room, fresh and bright, with a “master” kitchen. It’s reserved solely for guests who make reservations and serves traditional dishes that follow the seasonal harvest, paired with the best wines from the region that benefit from the temperate climate of the hinterland and precious winds that blow from the sea along the eight hundred kilometres of coastline diversify and make unique native vines such as negroamaro, primitive, malvasia.
Wild herbs, vegetables freshly caught from the garden, meats from our organic farms, goat and sheep cheeses typical of the area, bread and pasta of barley or durum wheat, and fresh local fish are just some of the essential ingredients of the dishes we offer always accompanied by particular attention to the personal and cultural needs of the guest.
The former stables have been converted into a tasting room and wine shop. Visitors can attend food and wine events, as well as cooking classes, to discover the excellence of the local area.
In the breakfast room, once a place dedicated to teaching (the seat of primary school and a point of reference for all children of the neighbouring farms with classes unified from the first to the fifth grade), authentic delicacies are prepared daily.
We offer a variety of homemade treats, including cakes, desserts, biscuits, and taralli. Our jams and mustards are made from our own fruits, and we also provide organic honey, cheeses, and ricotta that we produce ourselves. Guests can enjoy freshly milked goat’s milk, yogurt, seasonal juices, fruits, omelettes made with fresh eggs, and a selection of high-quality teas, herbal teas, and coffee blends to start their day
