From our organic gardens, you will find at the table the vegetables grown in the sun with simple and ancient gestures. From secular fruit trees such as pomegranates, mulberries, figs, almonds and carob trees, you will perceive their scent in an organic combination of emotions and forgotten flavours. From the southern pastures, all the smell of freshly mown hay will come in every form of raw goat’s milk cheese tasted with you. From the cultivation of rustic durum wheat, you will feel the taste of the warm climate in each plate of handmade pasta together with you. The care of our small vineyard, the wonder that surprises us every spring and the gratitude we feel until the harvest, you will feel the emotional bond in a glass of wine tasted in company or solitary meditation.
